Biography
Joyce Hofland is gifted in the area of
creative financing. She is a
multi-Million dollar seller and also has wide experience in real estate rentals
and management. Prior to earning her
Real Estate Broker license she managed an
very successful direct sales business in addition to raising a wonderful family
of five children. Her expertise is in learning exactly what a customer is
looking for and then finding that exact property for them. Her goal is not to
sell a particular piece of property, but to find the right match between client
and home.
Allan Hofland joined Joyce as a Realtor™ about 6 months after she
began. His
background is in Christian Education and Guidance Counseling. He
directed a private school for several years, and was a successful counselor in a
local High School. Joyce and Al share a mutual hobby of restoring lovely old
homes in the area, and soon found that their interest and talents led them
into the business full time. Al is a builder and remodeler, and he knows and
understands home construction and repair.
Both Al and Joyce have extensive experience in property management. They have cared for rental property in this area for home owners scattered all over the globe from Russia and Taiwan to Australia and Peru.
